we at Vanessa Meats also provide custom cutting of your animals. There are just a few simple steps to follow and your beef, pig, goat or lamb will be in your own freezer, cut according to your requirements.

First thing to do is pick up the phone and call us to schedule your animal in. Secondly you bring or arrange your animal to be brought to our abattoir. Thirdly you fill out the cutting sheet and send it by email or drop it off at our store location. And lastly we will call you when your meat is ready to be picked up to enjoy!
